Create a Professional Email Address with Your Domain for Free, No Hosting Required

So to start, we will have to use this particular service from IMPROVMX ,    because their service is very straight to the point without any much hussle... 

To do this we must have the following as a requirement

Requirements 🚩

• a Custom Domain name such as a .com .net  .org .co etc
• a Gmail account click here to get one if you don't have one yet create My Email Account 
• a website or blog (optional)

if you have the above ....then let's start....

Goto improvmx.com 👩‍💻

After that you will find a display like the image below, fill in your domain name in the left column and fill in your email address from Gmail in the right column and click the button 

Next you will receive an email from Improvmx, just click on the link provided then you will enter a display like the image below, and please there you can create an alias for your email.

DNS Configuration / Settings💥

Now let's configure our DNS using your domain hosting provider.... in this tutorial we are using Cloudflare so do so to follow and replicate the same step in your hosting account......

MX	@	mx1.improvmx.com	10

Type	Host	Value	Priority
MX	@	mx2.improvmx.com	20

Type	Host	Value
TXT	@	v=spf1 include:spf.improvmx.com ~all

Copy the above and use it in your dns settings

Now finally, click on a test button near any of the aliases to check if it works, if it does then you should get this email from improvemx
